Requirement:
-Bachelor degree, major in Mechanic Design or Mould Design and more than 2 years’ design experience in mould manufacturing and machining
-Be familiar with stamping tool design.
-Be skillful in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
-Be familiar with office and AutoCAD and some related software.
JD:
-New tooling design, approval and manufacturing
-Plan and support assemble machining operations on tools, dies and fixtures
-Constructs new tooling and repairs old tooling
-Construct fixtures and jigs pertaining to assembly
-Plan operating sequences of tools/dies being built
-Reads and interprets blueprints, sketches
-Operates and makes minor setups on all standard tool room machines, lathes mills and surface grinder attachments and accessories.
-Perform machine assembly, press set up.
